Contact Pro Glass Tool within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the product, shipping box, shipping label, and packaging materials. Keep all original packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

Eligible unused and uninstalled products may be returned within 30 days of delivery with prior authorization. Products must be in resalable condition with their original packaging and components.
